Oh my god you can so tell!

Your face looks so much happier and so pretty in the the newer photos (please don't think I'm calling you ugly in the first! LOL!).

In fact I really should thank you because I started SW in April and did manage to lose a stone. The I had a few bad days and went off plan and I never have seemed to get back on it despite wanting to lose the weight so badly.

So thank you. Because knowing you have lost 2 stone since April has really re-motivated me because had I stayed on plan I would have expected to be somewhere near that mark myself!

Right - MM challenge for myself - lose 21lb by 11th Dec!
