omg how good r u 2. i couldnt put myself through that so wel done.

Ive struggled a bit last few days got to get back into timimg my shakes properly again . Last one at 8pm and water water water.

I have a girls nite in in three weeks and think I'll just lie and say im on antibiotics and not feeling hungry as I know they'll just want me to drink. On the upside Im going shoping on Tues for the new outfit that Ill be wearing.

Thanks happychicken :) I had to collect my parents from the airport after the party so it was a great excuse for not drinking :rolleyes: Have fun picking out your outfit, that should help you stick to the plan. I was tempted by nibbles but thought, theres just no point breaking my diet for something so small.

So u loose more if u time ya shakes? Cos I have mine all different time in the day, I work and go uni so in all over the place! Lol c

Went to a party last night too! I even helped the hostess put out the buffet and still stayed 100%. Does it help to have the shakes at the same time? My pharmacist really didn't tell me anything other than I would feel rubbish this 1st week, he didn't even tell me how to make up the shakes. I found that sparkling water helps alot more with my hunger pangs.
Well done to all those who stayed 100% yesterday!!!!!

WOW .... Well done Kerry T!!!!! :D Hope i have the strenght u have when it comes to wed nite ( i know i will b surrounded by sweets:( !!!) im on day 5 of LT - every day 100% BUT havwnt socialised yet..... Finding the thoughts of going out to the local & sticking to sparkling water VERY daunting :( :(

Hi I dont think the timing of the shakes is the important think its just that I need to get the timings right so I dont get over hungry and tempt myself to eat. I started having my secong shake before i left wrk but today I didnt and as soon I walked through the door u guessed it i ate. Just some veg curry so didnt pig out (no food in my hse anyway) But from tomow it back to proper timings and hoping for a good loss next monday.
