Hi All

Well i done a re-feed for christmas which lasted 3 weeks. To be honest I really enjoyed it. I was rigid the first week (before christmas) but then allowed myself what i wanted but in moderation. I allowed myself treats but did watch portion sizes. I also watched what I ate to some extent.
I went to weigh today and have lost half a pound, ok its not much but i didn't put on which i'm really chuffed about. I expected to put at least 4lb on! Also I lose small amounts at TOTM and its here again so i'm well pleased. I've started running an am doing 3k per day in 30 mins and i still play squash. I feel great and can't wait for the race for life and my charity sky dive. I can also visualise my goal now, whereas in September it felt like i would never get there.
To top it off today I bought a size 16 coat. I was size 22 as i'm only 5ft 1. Life is great and lipotrim is fantastic.... its so worth it and I know after all this hard work i will never be a size 22 again. So if anyone reads this and wonders if they can stick at it or if they should start, don't wait, don't give up just try it and i promise you will see results. By the way i'm not on commission or anything, i just think its been a godsend!

Well done welshie loosing over xmas is amazing. Bonus credit getting a 16 coat - you are obviously very focussed and committed with the running and squash.

I would like to start running, but think people will laugh and stare ! I have also put my name down for a sky dive, but I want 3 stone off before I consider that seriously.

I need some new trainers for when the weather gets better.

Are you sticking with maintenance or returning full time to LT?

I think you may be the only one who wasnt on TFR who didnt gain over xmas lol!

Thanks for your comments. I run on a treadmill at home at the moment, i'll start road running when the weather changes. Don't worry about other people your doing it for you, stick an ipod on and go for it. I'm really scared of flying and heights so the sky dive is a real challenge but i'm going for it. I'm back on full time now, i started dieting at 16st 8 got down to 15st 13 on my own then started lipotrim mid sept and i'm currently 12st 4.5. I want to get to 10.7 or even 10 so i'll stay on it until then, re-feed then join WW probably for the rest of my life - i need to weigh in front of someone! Good luck, you can do it

hehe i dont look like that any more unfortunatley!

That was last year and ive gained all my weight again!

Im going to be doing a sky dive this year.. did a bungee jump in september and loved it!
