    Hiya All , How do i work out the points on some fish i brough ?? Its Morrisons Eat Smart Cod In Breadcrumbs , 120 Calories per piece . :confused:

    The 'divide it by 40 rule' (very unofficial) says it should be 3. But without the fat, carbs, protein and fibre we can't give a definate pp.

    Normally you can divide the calories in an item by 40, round it up or down, and it will give you the points value. There are some things it doesn't work with though so it's definitely not a hard and fast rule. Its quite a good way to get a 'general' idea for points though if you're out, want to check something and don't have a calculator (or handy Minimins buddy ;)).

    They work out at 3pp a portion using the NVs :)
