yeah theyre very high in fat i was shocked at creamed rice too ya would tink rice was good for u but all that creamy goodness makes it not even worth ur while to stick on ur menu lol x

in my book it says 7 half a pack of batchelor noodles and 4 for the diet ones half a pack is this right i have a shopping guide i think its called x
don't forget to ignore the 1st 13 posts on here as they are from 2007 / 2008 .... these would be old points and not the newer Propoints !

the propoint values according to esource are

7pp for 1/2 a pack (14pp for a whole pack) of super noodles
4pp for 1/2 a pack (9pp for a whole pack) of Low Fat Super noodles
11pp for a whole pot of super noodles to go, Roast Chicken
10 pp for a whole pot of super noodles to go chicken chow mein
