If you mean the pre packet turkey breast premium honey roasted 2 slices 40g is 1/2 point ,Or the premium norfolk turkey breast is 2 slices 1/2point. Hope this has helped

How do you go on if you look at the calories per what ever and it says trace of sat fat how do you count this what do you do just noticed this before and wondered

I think if it says trace, you count it as zero
