Points in a 99 cone

Hey guys, would anyone know how many propoints would be in a small 99 cone, I was very disappointed that a solero is 4pp

Going by estimation, I would give 1pp for cone (if you ate it) and point the icecream the same as normal stuff, about 4pp.
