hi, does anyone know how many points are in a normal sized tine of tuna in brine?

What about a normal sized tin (not the small ones) in spring water or sunflower oil? I don't like tuna in brine.

146cals and 0.2 sat fat in john west tuna in springwater so thats 2pts!! and for the one in oil(bleeeeugh) its 246cals and 1.4 sat fat so 4pts

i just recalculated my own and its only 2pts for the john west tuna in brine aswell!! ive been over pointing it every time!! lol

thats great to know thanks, i love tuna and all info on the tracker etc states for a small tin (70g i think) and i always get the normal sized tins iykwim lol xx
