Morning everyone :)
Well I bit the bullet and joined online sub for 3 months and am awaiting my shop to start on my journey.
What I really wanted to know was (I apologise if this is in the wrong place), I have been given 48 daily points :eek: It seems like so much and I have planned today out and still have 9 points left.
Will it matter if I don't use them all everyday, it's only my first day so I am sure I will get used to getting it up to that amount, so any tips/help would be appreciated.... :D

Hiya :) I was given 38 points to start with, a month in I am now on 33. I got it dropped when I hit my 5% and again at losing a stone.
I would really try and use all your points, even if it means having some extra meat with dinner or in a sandwich or even some wine. Extra handful of pasta or rice. When I have points to use I have a curly wurly and a little bottle of WW wine :) Try having a ww naan bread (3p)with dinner or a garlic slice (morrisons eat smart 2p) xx

Thanks sady :) It seems quite daunting at the moment but I see what you mean. I have alot of weight to lose so hopefully it will work for me. Does it really work though, seems alot of food to eat through the day. You have done fab what sort of things did you eat in your first week to get that awesome loss?

Heres a typical day for me... (I am eating way more than I ever did!)
Breakfast - 40G Fruit & Fibre cereal (4p) with skimmed milk (3p) (I have 1/2 pint of skimmed milk throughout the day) Maybe you could have semi skimmed to use up some more points?
Coffee 1 sugar (1p)
Mid morning snack packet of WW Crisps (2p)
WW quiche (7-9p depending which one) with a mixed salad all free... lettuce, cherry toms, celery,pepper,cucumber,radish. Dressed with Morrisons Eat Smart Vinagarete dressing (0p) or using WW salad cream (0p)
Mid afternoon
6 slices of Eat Smart melba toast (2p) with 30g of Eat Smart cheese with garlic spread (1p)
WW jar of sausage casserole (2p for 1/2 jar) x 2 WW sausages (4p) with mashed pots (4p) and carrots,broccoli,green beans and cauliflower.
Dessert .. home made meringue (1p) to a WW recipie.
Covered in a WW Fromage Frais (1p) and fresh strawberries.
Small bottle of WW wine (4p)
Packet of WW crisps or chocolate bar (2-4p)

So my points generally come out around 33-38 points, it's how I use up my weeklies also.
Best place for cheap WW snacks is Poundland ;)

Wow thanks for that sady :) I guess I was a bit worried that eating more would cause me to lose less... Certainly is working for you ;) This week is my starter week to see where I can make new things just starting with the basics at the moment and working my way up... Again thanks so much for all the info, do you have a food diary on here I could look at?

No I dont, maybe I should start one.. I just write everything in the little green tracker books I get at the meeting. I forgot to add that I drink a whole load of water throughout the day also xxx

There's an idea for you ;) Well whatever your doing is working for you, will have a look through the diary section see if I can pick up some tips.
