Someone at work told me they had made a cake using polenta and how lovely it was.. however we got interupted before she could give me a recipe.. I cant find a SW one but if anyone out there knows one or can adapt the full fat ones on the net please post.
I found Lemon cake which looks scrummy.

there is a cous cous cake recipe too thats free on green days x

WW Lemon Polenta Cake

4oz polenta
4 oz plain flour
1.5tsp baking powder
2 large eggs plus 3 egg whites
6 oz caster sugar
zest and juice of 2 lemons
1tsp vanilla extract
200ml low-fat plain yogurt
icing sugar
low-fat spray
spray 10 inch spring-form tin, dust with a little polenta
sift flour and bp, togther, stir in polenta.
in another bowl whisk eggs, whites and sugar together until pale and thick
add the polenta mix, lemon, vanilla and yogurt. fold in
spoon into tin
30 mins at mark 4.
dust with icing sugar

WW points are 27.5 per cake or 2.5 per slice - makes 11 slices apparently. this is a gorgeous moist recipe that I have made loads of times in the past :)

So who has tried this or adapted it and it still tastes good?

Any takers :8855::8855: no not for the cake silly...

I think soo.. but not eating sweet... I am actually eating savoury haha...

Nope not preggers... think this cold is playing tricks on me....

*runs round going nuts*

I made this for WI night tasting.
I replaced the sugar with 12 tbs Splenda and used fat free greek yogurt, it turned out great and everyone loved it. (well chuffed)
The whole cake is 16syns on green day and 34syns on original.
