Im a SW member from South Yorks. My old schoolfriend was Polish and her mum used to cook AMAZING meals. I remember (any polish peeps please excuse the spelking, Im going on memry alone lol( Gowumpki (Cabbage Rolls with mince and rice in)
Perogi (small pastries filled with similar, prob not SW friendly lol)
Bigos (Polish Sausage and cabbage)
and somme sort of leaf soup. Does anyone have any polish connections or knowledge, Im craving the gowumpki and Ive got the Cabbage at the ready lol xx

delicious but definitely cant be made syn free. You could make them lower syn by using syn free drained cottage cheese instead of the Polish white cheese, but you're still going to have to syn the flour in the dough. (When we're in Poland in a couple of weeks i'm going to just pretend they are syn free for a week!!
