anyone know the syn value for Pom Bear Crisps, I love the ready salted ones and would be soo happy if I could carry on eating them now im following the slimming world plan!

I think they're 4.5 syns per bag (from a multipack).

Sorry to bump this thread, but been a long time since these crisps we're mentioned.

I have a packet everyday in my lunch for work, I am counting them as 4.5 syns (Multibag)

Checked my book, and they aren't under anything - help please

if you can get the cheesie pom bears (formally pom-zoos), you can break up about half a pack over a cottage pie then grill it give its a great cheese taste without having to cover it in cheese
