Just thought I'd share how much popcorn u can make for 5.5 syns much nicer than a pack of crisps and lasts longer

It's 28g of kernels just put in a popcorn maker but there only about £15 it made loads I was stuffed after!!

Yeah you can buy them from the supermarket sometimes there in a funny section like baking or bread so require a hunt!! But you don't have to have a popcorn maker u can do it in a saucepan x

However, popcorn loses weight when it pops, so you could be having more of it for your syns....I think LOL

...an unpopped kernel is 14% water, so you could be having 28g + 14% to achieve 28g of popped. Probably.
