Pork hock syns

Anyone have a clue on syns for this? I've done a search but I'm on my iPad and the search facility is rubbish on this app.

It's a gilberts foods pork in apple and cider sauce

Each shank is 430g and the nutritional info for each one is
Cals, 649
Protein, 66.2
Carbs, 31.8
Fat, 28.2
Fibre, 2.2

I was hoping for a green day tomorrow, but I'm guessing this won't be very low syns on green!!!!! Is a pork shank classed as a hx? I think not, but please prove me wrong.

Sorry to be so unknowledgeable, but I'm doing sw at home with books given by a friend and the wonderful advice on here. Not sure what info you need to search for syns. Sorry and thanks in advance, x

On Red I get 11 Syns per shank using Pork as a free food.
On Green it'd be one syn per 20 calories if there's no free food so 32½ Syns
You could probably use 6 of those for your HEXB for pork but you'd be better off calling it Red or EE...
