pork scratchings are you allowed ??

hi everyone
i read in a post about someone and they used pork scratchings in a recipe, can i have pork scratchings on induction ??
 
yes indeed, they are mandatory. :)

Make sure you get the original ones though, some of the puffy ones have carbs.
 
it is basically the crackling from pork, very cruncy and dried out, they come in bags like crisps, you get them in pubs usually and sometimes you get a hairy one if the pig wasn't shaved properly LMAO
