I don't think any of the flavoured porridges can be used as a HEB, the best thing you can do is get the plain one and add your own flavourings like chopped fruit or something. Sorry!

There are some that are made by Dorset Cereals and Quaker, and the Asda Maple & Pecan one is in there too.

Check out the list of healthy extras on the website or your books - that should help. Otherwise, add as much fruit as you like if you just use a plain one.
