I am 5 foot 6 and weigh about 9 stone 5 at present. Would lighter life be a viable option for me to loose the last stubborn little stone + 5lbs?

    hi there
if your ticker weight is right your bmi is too low for LL - its supposed to be 30.

not sure about the LLL one - think your bmi is still too low, but others may know

Nope. BMI of 30+ only, it's a much too drastic option for a little bit of weight and all you'd do is lose glycogen in week 1, then put it back on.

I think it is really intended for people with more to lose.
It's quite drastic. By the time you were inot it you' be finished and you wouldn't really have time to get much from the psychology side.
