Hi all,
Weighed in this morning and am amazed to be honest.
I gained 3.25lb from my last weigh-in after refeed and 3.75lb from my lowest TFR weight.
After 2 weeks on hols eating well but healthily and having more than the odd glass of wine I expected more like 10lb.
As I said earlier I am so happy, had a wonderful time so it was well worth the gain.
I have started again today and would like to lose the final 18.5lb before a party in the UK on September 11th, which is 5.5 weeks away, it should be more than do-able. I am back to Uni on 28th Sept which means I need to be at least on refeed by then as LT is difficult with our schedule.
I feel a lot 'fatter' than my scales say which I think is a good thing as it should keep me motivated to stick with it.
I honestly thought & felt I had gained 8-10lb on hols, so I obviously havent gotten in tune with my body completely yet.
Gonna chill today (in more ways than one, its cold in comparison to Portugal here!! LOL), drink loads of water -1litre down already and have my shakes, yum!
