I gave birth to my gorgeous Son George on 13th June and I'm now looking to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 147lb. I would ideally like to get to 140lb which I was at my wedding. The trouble is, I'm actually scared to weigh myself so I don't know how far I have to go but for now I'll start eating healthy and count my calories until I have the guts to step on the scales.
So.. today I ate:
2 slices of white toast with clover - 300
A muller rice - 200
a bowl of salad with zero fat dressing -150
small jacket potato, cod and half a tin of beans - 650
galaxy small - 150
total = 1450
