Thanks,I sometimes do it with salad instead of the peas so only 12pp and I have now got some half fat cheese so cheese will be 2pp instead of 3pp.
 
Ur potatoes look gorgeous, how did u do them?

Hi Sarah, the potatoes were just par boiled for about 5 minutes, drained and shaken about in the pan then put into a hot roasting tray, sprayed with oil and roasted for about 40 minutes at 215 degrees. I put some chopped garlic and thyme in about 20 minutes before they were ready.
 
Y do mine never look that good? I don't shake mine tho

The shaking is important. Honest! You need to rough up the edges with roast potatoes so they are all crispy and yummy.

i read in the book about putting a tiny bit of flour over them and this improved mine loads.. Duno why
 
Chilli con carne(without the beans!)couscous and a naan bread for 10pp.very filling :0)

I love making the pizza, you just use a warberton square 4 pts then add passata veg of your choice cheese weighed and grated and I sometimes add sliced ham making it between 7/8 ppts very yummy ?
 
I have been meaning to post pictures the past few days and forgetting. Creamy chicken and mushroom with 3 mustard sauce (in members favourites recipe book) with rice, for 8pp .its in a lunch box because its the "4th portion" ready for lunch tomorrow (forgot to take a photo on the plate!!!)

Hotdog(WW petit pain and WW sausage)homemade wedges and fried mushroom .onion and pepper.. 9pp,tonight's dinner,very nice!
