Pork, dry roast potatoes, vegetables - was 14pp but I didn't eat the peas so it was 12!!! Yummy yummy

Teriyaki pork and veg. 138g lean pork fillet, sliced, stirfried with red and yellow peppers, tenderstem broccoli, exotic mushrooms and wilted spring greens with a sachet of co op teriyaki sauce. 9PP in total.

Bit of a cheat from me as its a ready meal but is lovely!!

Ww spinach and chicken lasagne (8pp) and rustic oven chips (4) with salad.

Par boil potatoes for about 10 minutes, drain then put back into the pan over the heat to fluff up. Then onto tray - spray with fry light (20 sprays =1pt) and salt and in oven at 220 for about 50 minutes to an hour depending on how you like them. They are yummy

Do u have a recipe for your paella? :) iv tried to make one and they come out so high on pp so 9 is fab xxx
 
Hey Chelley - the paella was made by sauteing onion, fennel, celery and some garlic with frylight for a couple of minutes, then adding 30g of chorizo, saffron, smoked paprika, dried dill and 60g of paella rice 1 tsp of stock powder and water to twice the volume of the rice. Put on lid and simmer lightly for 15 minutes, then add frozen peas and frozen prawns (60g is 1PP) and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

It would also be nice with peppers but OH detests them and you could add quorn or chicken instead of or as well as the prawns, adjusting the points accordingly.
