Quorn Chilli and rice for 10pp

Tonights Dinner worth 10pp
100g Cooked brown rice -4pp
150g Quorn mince 4pp
1/2 Jar of Chilli con carne sauce. 2pp
Salad

As I cook just for me I cook the entire bag of quorn with the chilli con carne and will have the left over quorn as a cold 6pp salad for tomorrow.
With the rice as again its juts me and trying to measure a measley portion of rice to cook up for me just isnt work it. So What i do is cook up a big batch of rice. Leave to cook then weigh sepreately into 100g portions and place in freezer bags. Then when I want it just defrost in the microwave then reheat. :)

Good idea with the one person portions,saves a lot of messing about! Dinner looks lovely :0)

Brocolli and roasted peppers 0 pp

Roast potatoes 200g for 4pp (done in frylight)

Yorkshire pudding 1pp

Gravy (less than 30ml) free? Or should i point it as 1?

8 or 9pp and it was delicious and filling! X

How many grams of rice is that?? I must try the ww sauces, I have a jar of tikka in the press.. I saw in my meeting today they had curry pastes aswell!!

It was 60g dry brown rice for 6pp:) it was nice but im not a massive curry fan, i love their tomato based sauces:)

Then bung it all in a bowl to marinate for an hour n then chuck it in a pan :D
