Mince & marrow in a tomato sauce (11pp) with frozen mash (4pp) was using this up out the freezer & it wasn't even necessary lol

One packet (200g) of aldi king prawns, marinaded for 20 minutes in a table spoon of dark soy sauce and a teaspoon of lazy garlic and a teaspoon of lazy red chillies. I like my food quite spicy, and a teaspoon of chilli is more than enough, use less if need be.

Chop Half a red pepper, half a green pepper, half an onion, all stir fried with fry light. Add the marinated prawns, stir fry for two minutes, adding the marinade which is left over into the mix. add one packet of aldi straight to wok noodles, and stir fry for another two minutes or until the noodles are coated and soft.

PP

Prawns = 3pp
All Veg = free
Fry light = 0pp
Noodles = 6pp
Soy sauce = 1pp
Lazy Garlic & Chilli = 1pp (the points are 1 for an eighth of a jar of the garlic and I'm using no where near that amount, so count 1pp for both..)

Total recipe 11pp - well worth it because it is a massive portion with LOADS of prawns and its SO SO tasty... Hope u enjoy.

Lemon chicken, mushroom fried rice & veggies. One of the best dishes I have ever tasted though I must say so myself!
