WW tomato & garlic sauce in a jar 1pp for a quarter jar
Halloumi cheese - 3pp for 30g from Aldi

Cook tortellini for 6-8 mins in 2L boiling water. Grill 30g halloumi for 5 mins turning over half way through.
In separate pan fry thinly sliced mushrooms & cherry toms with mixed herbs & salt & pepper. Add in 1/2 jar of the sauce (serves 2). When pasta is cooked drain & add to sauce. Serve topped with rocket, more black pepper, a splash of balsamic vinegar & the grilled halloumi cheese (can fry in fry light if you wish) x

They're called Maggi So Juicy (you might recognise the pic ^^ ) Asda do them, but if you have a b&m home bargains they're only 69p... Just stick all the ingredients in add the seasoning, stick in the oven, hey presto! A tasty easy dinner... :) xx

Total recipe was 8 points, four for the chicken and four for the tatties :) all veg 0pp so that's why I piled it high! Hehe :) x

Pretty much, the nutritional info on the juicy pack is based on the seasoning and a 130g chicken breast and it works out as 4pp. May be different for other flavours, the one I had was mixed herb. :) x

Hi I used 100g of quorn mince (2pts) and 80 grams of pasta (8 pts) . To the mince I added garlic, a bay leaf,mixed herbs, tinned tomatoes, chopped onion, mushrooms and a spag Bol oxo cube. Very easy and quick and yummy too. I'm a big girl and love a massive dinner and was totally stuffed lol.

I LOVE quorn, i make a quorn shepards pie useing mashed cauli for the topping instead of potato ... VERY lows points for a meal that really fills you up :)

And dessert... Muller Lite vanilla and coconut Greek Yoghurt with mini meringue nests and chopped fresh pineapple... Nom Nom Nom... ;-)

been looking for coconut yogurts only seen the perle de lait ones and they are quite high in pp so will look for these!
