I made lasagne to feed six....

450g extra lean steak mince, 250g dolmio creamy sauce, 6 sheets lasagne (110g for six). Filling was onions, courgette, peppers, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and a bit of passata and topped with 50g ww cheese. Worked it all out on the recipe builder on the site too x worked out 7pp per portion x

U got a recipe darl? X

Well I don't add all the bits but what I do use is:

Stewing beef 400g
Potatoes 500g
Veg/beef stock cube in 700 ml water
Carrots
Onions
Peas 200g
Aunt Bessie's Dumplings

Brown the beef in fry light, add the stock, carrots and onion, after it gets to boiling point let it simmer partially covered for 2 hours, chop potatoes into chunks and add for twenty minutes.Add dumplings aswell, add peas for the last 4/5 minutes.I normally add water as it cooks. You can add herbs, salt and pepper plus leeks but the OH doesn't like them! This makes enough for 3 meals.Well for us it does lol
