If I make carrot and swede mash it's still superfree, isn't it? I only ask because I know there's a few things where it changes 'free' status when mashed so thought I'd better check just in case, just realised sweetcorn isn't superfree so need something for my 1/3 on EE

That only applies to fruit! Superfree veg are superfree also to let you know, if you like sweetcorn, that baby corn are superfree

Thank you both, I noticed the baby corn was superfree when I checked so will pick some up
