Hi, i have just bought a packet of potters high fibre biscuits from holland and barret. Does anybody know whether these count as a Hex or what the syn value is? Each biscuit is 100 calories but the fat per 100g is 15g. They are yummy though.

not on the healthy extra's list, so I would say no they can't be used as a Healthy Extra.

no free food allowance for these type of foods, so divide calories by 20 to get syn value.

Making them 5 syns per biscuit.

They're very big though - more like having 2 biscuits I think. And delicious and very high in fibre. (Def sorted me out - sorry if too much info).
