What are you unwell with pudge? I'm also really unwell with a bad cold and ear infection so I've not been able to do any exercise but nor have I eaten anything as I simply can't I've just been lying on the sofa feeling like poop.

Aww poor you it sounds like you're really unwell I think everyone is right, just try to chill out and you'll feel better quicker - stressing about things is only going to make you feel worse. Its typical to be so unwell when you've got something important coming up though isn't it! My ears are blocked too, driving me mad as I cannot hear properly.

Lol yes thats one consolation of being so unwell, we're not being tempted by the food thats lying about I went off my food on NYE and haven't eaten much since.

Hi all just updating the list with my post-xmas stats. Gained 1.5lb which I'm really happy with, as I have eaten and drunk so much! As well as xmas and new year, it was my birthday (yesterday) so I'm actually quite glad it's all out the way now and I can get back on the straight and narrow.

I'm determined to reach goal by May! I have 33.5lb to go. There are 21 weeks from now until the last week in May. So that averages to roughly 1.6lb a week, which I think is nice and realistic

Well Ive been AWOL for a while... EPIC fail over xmas haha, still not back on the diet yet either but Im starting again this weekend and thats it, back on it 100% no more cheating, no more falling off the wagon until I hit target.

BUT Im not going to get hard on myself for gaining over xmas... I lost over 50lbs last year so I think I deserved a break from the diet. This time next year I will be at goal! (well... actually I'll probably be back on the diet to lose what I gained over xmas this time next year haha)

I've changed my target from 50lbs to 30lbs as I just think it will be a bit more manageable - I'd like to succeed by May if possible and I'll feel like I've achieved something then - then I'll work on getting rid of the next 20lbs after that! Hope thats ok everyone xxx
