Jenny don't give up.
I don't know the plan well enough to give you any advice but there are plenty of people here who do. You may want to post a typical food day in the thread :)
Stick with it and see if there are any pointers that will turn it around. Must be frustrating for you, but don't loose heart. hugs.

your hubby probably has more to lose that's why it's coming off faster, and he doesn't have TOTM to deal with either. A sts is ok, its not a gain!

Hi I'm also doing it with the other half 'in' 2 weeks I've lost 5.5lbs whilst he's steaming ahead by loosing 7.5!! Think men just do tend to lose it faster don't worry about it just keep at it and it'll come off x

Hi Jenny 1 sorry to hear your not losing and OH is thats why I will never go on diet with mine as he lost loads and i struggled :( I found I didnt lose much the first few weeks but stick with it and give us an idea of what you are eating. At the moment I dont use the 49pp as I think I would be really slow at losing it.
I only it 2 slices of bread a day. Hope this has helped and will keep in touch, so best foot forward :grouphugg:
