4 in isotonic. Powerade vary between 1 and 3 depending on flavour. Cherry orange and tropical 3. Mango 2. Lime 1.

double check the bottles to be on the safe side as i know some of the ones ive had say per 100ml and it's a 500ml bottle! definitely go for the lite ones they now do though!

Cherry 3PP per 500ml
Mango 2PP per 250ml
Orange 3PP per 500ml
Berry & Tropical fruits 3PP per 500ml

Isotonic is 4 for all the flavours of 500ml

I have used the online calculator with the info on the back of the orange powerade bottle and that comes out at 1pp per 100ml ..... do i follow the ww site and point it at 3pp for the whole bottle? or 5pp?

Use the calculator and just change the serving size to 500ml and see what comes up there. 1+1 doesn't always equal 2 in ww lol. Then if it were me I'd go with the highest x
