Red Day Prawn curry from forum... some Red Day help please? :)

First of all the recipe, found from the fishy week thread (sorry I don't remember original poster, got this copied on my desktop. Thanks, whoever you are!):

Speedy Prawn Curry

4 garlic cloves
2.5 cm fresh root ginger (we use lazy ginger)
2 tbsp curry powder
400g can chopped toms passata
1/2 tsp artificial sweetener
567g cooked prawns
200g v low fat naturalyogurt
S & p
Fresh coriander

syn free*

1/ Peel and crush garlic and grate ginger. Place in a pan with curry powder, tomatoes and sweetener. Bring to boil cover and simmer for 8-10mins.
2/ Add cooked prawns and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped coriander.

So, my question is this: On red days, what do you have with the curry? I am a total newbie at red days, so I have no clue where to start! Thanks for any tips!!

For a Red day you can use your HEXb and have a 227g Baking potato and have it ontop of that OR use 198g of New Potatoes.

Or you can save your HEXb and just have it poured over your favourite pile of vegetables! :p
