prawns helppp!!

    Im having a prawn salad for tea tonight (cant wait YUM) BUTTTTT i dont know how much weight of prawns i should have?????
    Can anyone help please!! xxx :)

    prawns are protien and have no carbs so you can have as many as you like

    ewww i dont like prawns! im addicted to garlic chicken and salad atm it sooooo yummy =]

    They do say that a 'portion' of protein should be around 150g. However 150g of prawns only has around 100 calories compared to 150g of chicken breast which has around 181!

    haha just had to say that was the nicest tea ever an sooooooooo filling!!!!! :)
    I really do enjoy my food now as its something to look forward to! x
