Pregnancy exercise

Hey all
We have just found out we are expecting our second baby. Now with my daughter I gained 4 stone and I'm determined not to do it again. I lost 2 stone so far with slimming world and I intend to keep on going throughout my pregnancy.
I know that walking and swimming are good but does anyone know of anything else I can do to mix things up a bit.

you can do stuff like aerobics, but just do the low impact options. anything can be done really, just go low with the impact. one of my instructors even did the weights class until she was 7 monthes pregnant.

It may not burn huge amounts of calories yoga can be beneficial in pregnancy and if there's not a class near you there are quite a few DVDs about. There's probably some on YouTube as well.

From there. I have been walking lots still but just want to shake things up a little :) x
 
anything can be done at low impact :)
