Pregnancy Sickness

A bear on a mission!
OMG I've just chucked up everything I've eaten today and feel awful.

I don't seem to get morning sickness but in the afternoon. I just felt so lighted headed, dizzy then was sick.

I never had this with no.1 so does any one have any tips or anything that can help with the sickness.
 
Try a ginger tea, it should help with the nausea.
 
Got ginger tea here will try it as feeling like absolute cr*p. I work till 3.30pm can't wait to go home & hopefully climb into bed.

I twisted my knee too at the w/e & the pain of that isn't helping.
 
I got afternoon sickness. I used to drink ginger and lemon tea and eat stem ginger biscuits (by the packet.....)
It will pass big bear but it is awful :-(
 
awww (((HUGS))) sorry you've got the sickness!! Not sure why it's called morning sickness as no-one i know has ever had it only in the morning!!

Im with tinkerbellsmum - i heard that flat diet coke is really good for settling a tummy

It's made much worse by hunger, that's why it's commonly morning sickness as you haven't eaten all night.
The only thing that worked for me was to eat little and often.
Have something filling for breakfast and lunch then top up your tummy by eating fruit etc.
