Whats the syn value per crisp??

They don't give the nutritional info per crisp. It's 7 syns per 30g portion (1/6 tube) so you'd have to weigh out 30g and see how many that is, then divide the 7 syns.

Ok fab thank you, I found on an old mumsnet post from last year that 25g was 6 syns.
