Probably A Stupid Question

    But you know the salad bowls that you can make from like Sainsbury's? Well are these healthy? I had one today but I wasn't sure because it has stuff like tomato pasta and potato salad.

    Probably a well stupid question but I didn't feel healthy after it, like I usually do after I have a salad.

    depends what goes in it. If I have one I tend to put stuff in with no dressings on, plenty of salad and an egg.

    did it not have a fat content label? They usually do. I have found pre pack salads with pasta and cheese are usually high in fat! If it didnt have these things on my guess is that it was!

    nah it was one of those ones that you can choose what you have in it and help yourself. I'm gonna stick with the ready made ones from now on!
