Propercorn

    Hi,

    Does anyone know or can find out the syn values for the range of Propercorn? They are soo tasty and if quite low will be a great snack, 'im also coeliac so will be great for wheat and gluten free.

    Check the calorie value and divide by 20 to get the number of syns.

    The packets I have seen have "less than 100 calories" on the front, but I haven't bought any so haven't read the detailed nutritional information.

    100 calories would be 5 syns.
