    Prunes, there seems rto be people that say they are free and others they are not?? what the truth?? im in desperate need of them (if u know what i mean!!) xx:eek:

    ..someone said this rather nicely the other day ...

    tinned is synned

    so, unless proved otherwise, I would say that tinned prunes are syns, can you get 'fresh' prunes I wonder??

    From your earlier posts, you sound as though you need these whether they are synned or not. I don't suffer from your problem but I can imagine just how much pain you are in..
    So bugger the syns and get yourself sorted girl !!!

    Hi hun, why not go and get a bottle of 'calfig', that really does the trick and it is all natural. Don't know if it would be synned upon, however it does work xxxx
