Pub lunch: Lamb stew. How many syns?????

Went out to lunch at the pub today. I had a Borders lamb stew which consisted of lamb (beautifully tender and not a piece of fat to be found), carrot potatao and swede/turnip in a fairly watery (but nice) gravy flavoured with herbs (and possibly some wine as it was VERY tasty).

It was absolutely delicious but now i'm clueless as to how many syns to count as everything in it was free (with the exception of maybe some wine, bit of oil and anything else in the gravy). Any ideas? I was going to guess at about 5 syns for the portion. Oh, it's an EE day.

If you can find nutrition info on line then it can go through the syns calculator.
Otherwise it really is a bit of guess work, but it's always best to overestimate than underestimate.
