Not sure I'm following this right.

Hello :)

I've just started slimming world and I'm in my second week. My start weight was 9 stone and 8lbs and so far I've lost 6lbs.
My Sister's birthday was this week, so I fully expect to have gained weight as I had three small glasses of wine and alcohol seems to be the issue with me for weight gain.

Foodwise i'm not sure I'm doing this right.

For example yesterday I ate:

Breakfast:

Porridge made with plain oats and water. Topped with a Banana
Black coffee with half a teaspoon of sugar (1/2 a syn)

Lunch:

Macaroni pasta topped with rocket and flavoured with a chili salt and herb spice mix (I'm not sure if this has syns)

Snack: a clementine

Dinner:

Two eggs and some left over boiled potatoes (cooked in Fry Light), two pieces of parma ham with the fat cut off, baked in the oven.

1 Gin and soda water. (4 syns)

Total: 4 and 1/2 syns


Today:

Breakfast:

Porridge made with plain oats and water. Topped with a Banana and one tablespoon golden syrup (1 syn)

Black coffee with no sugar

Lunch:

Rocket and raw asparagus and Fat Free cottage cheese. Flavoured with lemon and black pepper.

A tropical fruit salad made with pineapple, kiwi, melon and mango

Black coffee with no sugar
Diet Coke ( I know, even though I don't like Aspartame)

Dinner:
Probably: Chicken breast sprinkled with chili and herb spice mix, with mashed butter beans and mange tout

Is this right? I feel like I've put weight on, rather than lost it but that could be the meal for my sister's birthday at the start of the week. :oops:
