Pudding rice and muller

Is pudding rice free when made up? And can you make your own fake muller rice by adding to a muller light? I love rice pudding for a comfort food so any ideas with it syn free would be fab. X

Sure is (boiled with water or HE milk). I make quite frequently - even have it as a syn free brekkie to save HEb occasionally.

Ah that's brightened my day. So if I cooked it with just water and put it in a vanilla muller it would still be syn free?

Any 'free' yogurt of your choice. I like it with any of the choc sprinkle mullers or the weight watchers peach or apricot - Mmmmmm.

I also found that the amount of splenda 'required' depended on the sweetness of the yogurt used. Generally 1 - 2 tspn is enough for me.​
