Hey just wondering if anyone cud help me out , wat does maintenance consist of doing ? And how long do u have t be on it , before u can come off the products ? Thanks for all Ur help x

Sorry I don't know anything about the actual Lipotrim Maintenance programme. Your best bet is to ask your pharmacist.
On this bit of the forum we're about trying to maintain our weight though some of us do use products to help with that from time to time.
