Quark recipes, esp carbonara/mac cheese

Hi everyone, I have a tub if quark in my fridge and I'm not really sure what to do with it. I am also craving something like macaroni cheese or carbonara and wondered if I can do anything like this with it. I am following a green day. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks

i make carbonara alot, i think the slimming world one is called three colour carbonara, you use quark, water from your boiled pasta and an egg yolk to make the sauce at the end if I remember correctly, but its delicious xx

I've got some quark in and I'm planning on using it in some pasta but what does it actually taste like?! Just like Philadelphia? What did you end up using it for? Sorry for all of the questions..!

i mixed my quark with a highlights hot chocolate and some sweetner. Makes a yummmy dip for strawberries.

I would use quark as I would Phili in carbonara.

Pasta
Bacon
Mushrooms
2 tablespoons Fat free yoghurt
Phili Light 75g HEA/6syns if you have no hea left then miss this out and add more yoghurt
Basil
Egg
Salt/pepper
1tbsp Parmesan 3.5(syns)

(I had chorizo in mine which is 2.5 syns for 20g but you don’t need to have that)

1.Boil pasta until nearly done
2. Cook bacon and mushrooms in a dry pan

3. Add cooked pasta to frying pan
4.Add yog/phili

5.Mix all together
6.Add an egg and mix through the pasta (don’t have the pan too too hot or the egg will cook too fast)

7. Add basil at the end

8.Tadaa
