question about cambridge

hi i just have a question for a friend i know the cambridge diet is the same as lt but do you actually eat a meal with it??

There are lots of different stages to CD. There is SS which is basically TFR and then the other stages include a meal (the calories allowed varies depending on which stage you are on)
