Does TOTM affect weigh in much?

everybody is different hun, personally it never affects me whatsoever, some ppl find they STS due to water retention xx

It effects me, so I just try to stay calm till the TOTM has past!

will paracetamol affect ketosis?!

you can have paracetamol as long as theyre not sugar coated x

I lost 3lbs this week and it was TOTM, was really pleased with that loss but up to now it hasn't really affected my weigh ins at all. Paracetamol are fine to take, I've taken sugar coated ones by mistake too and it didn't affect my weight loss.

ive got period pains due to TOTM and the DEPO injection, i seem to have them constantly, only get them in lower back! GRR but have avoided paracetamol since startin LT good to know i can finally take summit to ease pain thanks
