You should have all 3 today and only 3 tomorrow, you need to get all your vitamins and minerals everyday. Also you will be hungrier tomorrow if you don't have them all today, running the risk of lapsing.
Perhaps you could have a Bouillon in the evening if you are feeling peckish.

or if you have some mix a mousse and some water flavourings.. you can make a biiiiig bowl of jelly.. yum yum..
