Hi, yes, thanks for that, I didnt know about the maximum 6 hr thing either, I have my first shake at about 9/10 am, then not another one until at least 6pm. Will have to have a rearrange now I think!!

We Guys only get 2 shakes a day, (Oooh Err Mrs), I have my first at 6 am and my next about 7pm when i get in.

Still working for me, but maybe its a man thing?

The blokes shakes are more or less double the female shakes.

I had some when I was on LT last year but I prefer little & often rather than 2 big shakes... it's more filling throughout the day.

I've got a shed load of female shakes now & while I am entitled to 4 of em I normally have 3 (& am still full)
