I'm following a recipe on the slimming world website.. Chicken and lemon Cassserole.. It says i need a garlic bulb! Now if im not mistaken.. thats a hell of alot of garlic to be going in the dish.. what do you reckon?
It's fine to use a bulb - you only get that strong garlic taste when you chop or crush the cloves. There is a recipe that on Food Network that uses 3 bulbs or 40 cloves. Actually roast garlic is great where you bake the bulb and you can spread the garlic on bread straight from the bulb. It taste lovely and sweet, not overpowering at all.
