Hi all, I just wondered if I can ask a question: i am on day 3 and all going well except i havent done a poo yet, is this normal??

Hello, yes it can be, I suggest using the fat free actimel (yellow/gold) colour packaging as that's what my counsellor told me to do and it worked for me, good luck
