Question

If you only have one shake a day as opposed to two is it detrimental to the diet. Twice in the last few days I've skipped the evening shake in favour of more water because I didn't feel hungry
 
having both shakes is very important they provide the body with everything its needs to function and be healthy, without having them all your body will go into famine mode and hold onto the fat instead of burning it x
 
Ian, Missyd is totally right, you can actually gain instead of lose. This diet is probably the most easiest to follow in the world, as Nike say, "Just do it"!
 
In a word, YES! You have to have all your nutrients as they are split over all the shakes, If you dont have them your body will think it is starving and it will hold on to all the fat that you want to lose. make time for yourself and make sure to have both shakes!
